Unreil Studios provides rehearsal rooms, cyclorama studio hire, recording-related services, and music accessories for purchase.

• All bookings are subject to availability.
• Prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless stated otherwise.
• Payment must be made in full before or at the time of your booking unless agreed otherwise.
• Your booked time includes load-in and load-out unless confirmed in writing.

• Cancellations must be communicated directly to us via phone or email.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking time may not be eligible for a refund.
• If we are able to rebook your session, a refund or credit may be offered at our discretion.
• No-shows may result in forfeiture of the booking fee.

• All clients must follow our Studio Rules & Policies, available on our website and provided prior to sessions.
• You are responsible for leaving the studio clean, tidy, and ready for the next booking.
• Additional cleaning fees may apply if the studio is not left in acceptable condition.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the venue.

• Equipment provided by Unreil Studios must be used responsibly.
• Any damage to equipment, property, or facilities caused during your booking must be paid for by the person who made the booking.
• We reserve the right to charge repair or replacement costs where applicable.

• Use of our facilities is at your own risk.
• Unreil Studios is not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property unless required by law.
• Clients are responsible for ensuring safe use of equipment and compliance with venue safety instructions.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.

• Products purchased from our shop (online or in-studio) are subject to availability.
• Invoices for in-studio purchases may be issued upon request.
• Faulty items will be handled in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

• Clients are responsible for any content recorded during their session.
• Unreil Studios does not claim ownership over your recordings or creative output.
• We may request permission before sharing any images or content featuring clients or sessions.

• All content on this website is the property of Unreil Studios unless otherwise stated.
• You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute website content without written permission.
• We make reasonable efforts to keep information on our website accurate but do not guarantee it is always error-free.

Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect and handle personal information.
