Thanks for your booking at Unreil Studios! We’re looking forward to having you in. Here are some important details for your session:

  1. Address: 18/5 Money Close, Rouse Hill NSW 2155. We’re located in The Vault complex—up and to the left of the first driveway. Look for the first row of units; we’re the second one in. Our roller door is marked G18, and signage is up to help.
  2. Access: If you need a PIN code for entry, please contact Andrew on 0449 631 210.
  3. Rehearsal Room: Head to the back of the warehouse, past the kitchen and bathroom.
  4. Equipment: The room is dry hire. If you need assistance with setup (PA, mixer, etc.) or would like to hire amp heads or instruments, please let us know in advance.
  5. Cables for equipment are hung up opposite kitchen area, please grab what you need for your session from there then wrap up and return them at end of session.
  6. Clean-Up: Please leave the room neat and tidy at the end of your session. If you move equipment, return it to its original position. a $25 clean up fee can be charged if room isn’t left ready for next band. 
  7. If the rehearsal room has cables everywhere, equipment all over the place or rubbish in it upon arrival, please take a photo and send to 0449 631 210 so we can speak to previous band.
  8. Air Conditioner: Must be turned off at the end of your session. Press the off button (towards the top of the remote) until the lights go out and the vent fully closes.
  9. Lock-Up: Ensure the key is returned to the PIN code box, locked back onto the handle, and the numbers are scrambled.
    • Turn off all lights and air conditioner in rehearsal room.
    • Double-check the door by pushing it from the outside before leaving.
  10. Roller Door Access: You can use the roller door for loading equipment in and out. The control panel is on the wall near the door—simply press up, down, or stop. Once you press down, the door will close and lock automatically. There is a trolley available for moving gear around.
  11. No Smoking Indoors: Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere inside the venue. Our smoke alarms are linked to the fire service—if triggered, the entire complex must be evacuated, and the fire brigade will respond. Any call-out fees charged to us will be passed on to you for payment.
  12. Food & Rubbish:
    • No food is allowed inside the rehearsal room. Please use the kitchen area for food.
    • Large amounts of rubbish must be taken with you at the end of the session. Garbage bags are available under the sink. a $25 clean up fee can be charged if rubbish left behind and has to be cleaned by staff.
  13. Cyclorama Access:
    • Please do not walk on the cyclorama—it may be freshly painted or in use with a customer.
    • If you’d like to check it out, let us know, and we can arrange access.
  14. Damages: Any damages must be paid for by the person who made the booking.
  15. Purchases from the Shop:
    • If you’d like to purchase anything from the shop, feel free to select items while you’re here.
    • Simply text Andrew 0449 631 210 a photo of the items, and we will send you an invoice.
  16. Booking Times & Extensions:
    • Your booked times include load-in and load-out. We’re flexible with this if no other bands are booked before or after your session.
    • If you’d like to start earlier or stay longer, please check availability through the online booking calendar on our website and book there.
    • Extensions are only possible if there are no other bookings in the hours you need.
    • If you start early or run over time without realising, the extra time may be invoiced to you after your session.
    • The same applies to any last-minute equipment hires or item purchases during your session.
  17. Booking Cancellations:
    • If you need to cancel your booking, please contact Andrew on 0449 631 210.
    • Cancellations made within 24 hours of your booking time may not be eligible for a refund. However, if we can fill your spot, a refund or credit may be provided.
